How to Shop

Online:

Browse through our 'department' sections on the left hand side of the website. Click on each product for more information and to follow the option to buy.

If you are happy with your shopping bag and are ready to buy click on CHECK OUT. If you decide you are not ready to check out adn wish to continue shopping click on the SHOPPING button.

When you click 'SUBMIT ORDER' at the checkout the payment & despatch process will take place, subject to stock availability & payment clearance.

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you are buying from outside the UK, place your order & we will email a quote for shipping. Once you have accepted this we will despatch your order.

We do our very best to make sure we have products in stock & hate to disappoint anyone but as we're a small shop, we cannot always guarantee this. We will only take payment when your goods are ready for despatch & we will notify you as soon as possible if we are out of stock.

Colours shown may vary from monitor to monitor & with products that are made from natural materials.

Delivery

Free standard delivery when you spend £100 or over.

We will not charge you until your goods are ready for despatch.

UK
Standard Delivery: For total goods under £100 standard delivery costs £4.95 per order no matter how many parcels we send and is always subject to the goods being in stock. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Special delivery:
Not available to orders outside mainland UK any queries please call us. Goods will be sent out within 24 hours of THE MINT SOURCE receiving your order and should arrive the next working day after despatch.

INTERNATIONAL
Please follow the instructions through the order process. We will then email you a precise shipping quote & once you have accepted, despatch your items.

Gift Wrapping

We can gift wrap your items for £4.00 per parcel. Please follow the instructions in the checkout area.

Wedding Lists & Corporate Gifts

We are very happy to invite couples to come to the shop at a time that suits them to discuss a possible wedding list.

We can also full fill large quantities & source a collection of products for corporate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you'll be delighted with your order but for any reason you might not we'll be happy to offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please complete your Returns Form sent with your parcel & return to us at the following address within 14 days of receipt.

We cannot refund or exchange any customer damaged items. Please note we are not responsible for return postage and we recommend you post any items back to us with proof of postage. THE MINT SOURCE is not responsible for any items that fail to reach us or are damaged in transit.

Sending parcels abroad may be subject to your country's sales taxes.

The Sale:
Once you have chosen your products and are in the Checkout area, you are offering to buy the products at the prices listed including any delivery charges. All orders are subject to these conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability & payment clearance. Once your order is accepted, THE MINT SOURCE will send you a confirmation email.
Delivery:
Free Standard Delivery for orders of total goods £100 and over. Otherwise please add £4.95 for Standard Delivery & allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

You can have your goods sent Special Delivery which costs £10.00. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and should arrive the next day.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed beyond the control of THE MINT SOURCE

Descriptions:
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements (which sometimes may be approximate) colours & prices are correct. Colours may vary from monitor to monitor and there may also be colour variations in products made from natural materials.

We do our best to make sure all our goodies leave us in mint condition if you receive a faulty item please call us on +44 (0) 208 944 9580.

If you would like a refund, exchange or credit note, please return your goods within 14 days with a completed Returns Form. Returned products must be in perfect condition with any product packaging intact. Please note we are not responsible for return packaging & postal costs. We advise to you send it back with proof of postage as we're not responsible for any parcels that fail to reach us.

Products & Prices:
Prices may be subject to change. In the event that THE MINT SOURCE should list an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for this product. We have a right to cancel or refund the sale on your credit card if it has been previously charged. We reserve the right to remove any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.

While we do our best to ensure we have all our products in stock, we are a small independent business with limited storage space and cannot always guarantee to have everything in stock at all times. Returns & Exchanges:
You have the right for a refund within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please follow the details in the 'RETURNS & EXCHANGE' section.
Cancellation:
You have a statutory right to cancel your order & receive a full refund for any item, subject to the condition of your item. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or email cancellation up to the seventh day (exluding weekends & bank holidays) after the day of purchase. If you exercise your right to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following instructions in the 'RETURNS & EXCHANGE' section.
